About the Project Management Team Team:
The SAFC Project Management Team is a dynamic and strategic group dedicated to bridging leadership vision with tangible results. Comprising highly driven professionals, the team specializes in translating executive priorities into structured, actionable initiatives across operational and strategic areas. Acting as a force multiplier for the leadership, the team ensures seamless project delivery, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and drives key initiatives forward with rigor and agility. Their focus is on executing projects efficiently to support SAFC’s growth and operational excellence.
The Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in driving impactful projects and strategic initiatives at SAFC. As a key member of the project management team, you will own end-to-end project delivery, from defining scope and timelines to ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams. You will have the chance to improve operational efficiency by leading process enhancements, supporting budgeting and resource planning, and fostering continuous improvement. Additionally, you will act as a vital connector between various teams—football, commercial, and operations—ensuring alignment and smooth decision-making. Your work will directly support translating high-level strategies into actionable plans, identifying new opportunities for growth and efficiency, and enabling data-driven performance tracking. This role offers a chance to make a tangible impact across the organization, shaping the future of SAFC through strategic execution and operational excellence.
What We Ask For:
We are looking for a highly motivated professional with at least 2 years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management, particularly in managing complex, cross-functional projects within fast-paced, high-performance environments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and execution skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and structured thinking. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to think strategically. Effective communication and stakeholder management are essential, along with familiarity with data tools and dashboards. While experience in a sports environment is a plus, it is not mandatory. We value individuals who demonstrate accountability, take ownership of projects, and thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing settings. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset is key to succeeding in this role.
